How will I know my loved one is safe and secure?

We prioritize resident safety and security, with staff available 24 hours a day, secure entry systems, and emergency response plans in place. Regular safety drills and training for staff ensure that we’re always prepared to respond to any situation that may arise.

Can my loved one bring personal belongings and pets?

We encourage residents to make their space feel like home by bringing favorite furniture and personal belongings. While we may have some pet restrictions, we understand the importance of companionship and can discuss pet policies with you.

How will you handle medical needs and healthcare services?

We work closely with residents’ healthcare providers to ensure seamless care. Our staff assists with medication management, and we partner with local healthcare providers to offer various services, including primary care and therapy.

What support do you offer for residents with memory loss or dementia?

Our community has specialized programs and staff trained to support residents with memory loss or dementia. We provide personalized care and activities designed to promote cognitive function, well-being, and quality of life.

How will you help my loved one stay connected with distant friends and family?

We offer video chat tools and other technology to facilitate communication and connection with loved ones who can’t visit in person. Regular communication and visits can help residents stay engaged and connected with their loved ones.

Can I schedule regular updates with the care team?

We believe in keeping family members informed and involved in care decisions. We offer regular updates and meetings with our care team to ensure you’re always aware of your loved one’s care plan and any changes.

What can we expect to pay for care and services?

At Pure Grace, we believe in transparency and predictability. Our monthly rates range from $4,500 to $6,500, depending on the type of accommodation and level of care required. We offer an all-inclusive pricing model, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your monthly costs will remain stable, regardless of any changes in care needs. This approach allows us to provide exceptional care and services without surprise fees or increasing costs.

What insurance options do you accept, and does Medicare cover assisted living costs?

We’re a private-pay community, which means we don’t accept Medicaid. Unfortunately, Medicare also doesn’t cover assisted living services. We’d be happy to discuss private payment options and help you explore ways to make senior living more affordable for your loved one.

What are the visiting hours, and can I visit my loved one at any time?

We welcome family and friends to visit at their convenience! We offer 24-hour visitation, so you’re free to drop by whenever works best for you and your loved one. We’re happy to have grandchildren and other family members join in on activities and make memories with their loved ones.

What's included in the monthly fee, and are there any long-term commitments?

Our monthly fee covers almost everything, including delicious meals, housekeeping, laundry, linens, assistance with daily living activities, engaging activities, and events. We believe in flexibility, so we offer a month-to-month rental agreement with no long-term lease requirements. This way, you can focus on your loved one’s care without worrying about rigid contracts.

How much personalized care can my loved one expect, and what's the staff-to-resident ratio?

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional, personalized care. Our resident-to-staff ratio is 4:1 during the day, and 1-2 caregivers are on hand at night. This allows us to deliver tailored care that meets each resident’s unique needs and preferences. Unlike larger facilities, our model ensures your loved one receives the attention and care they deserve.

My loved one is worried about leaving their home and adjusting to assisted living. How can we make this transition smoother?

We understand that moving can be overwhelming. Scheduling a visit to our community can help your loved one get a feel for the space, meet our staff and residents, and see the independence and freedom they’ll enjoy. You can also reassure them that friends and family can visit anytime, and we offer video chat tools to stay connected. By taking small steps and getting familiar with our community, your loved one can feel more comfortable and confident about their decision.
